Liz initially developed her interior design interest through her mother who had an interior design studio for 30 years, but refined her skills when delving into her personal real estate investments by hands-on restoration of distressed homes from 1906-1940's from the ground up. Liz has developed skills in woodworking, tile, applying wall coverings, restoring and upholstering furniture, sewing soft goods, painting, and assessing appropriate solutions for infrastructure needs such as plumbing, heating and electrical. Liz has a passion for sustainable solutions using reclaimed materials and environmentally friendly products whenever feasible and practical.
