The design industry has traditionally been opaque in how prices are calculated and design fees are typically some kind of combination of fixed fee, cost + mark-up and hourly. We want you to have a transparent understanding of how we price. We have chosen to go with a square footage fee for whole room design fees which is not typical for residential design, and even though this approach may carry some risk of time over-runs for us, we feel it gives you our client, the easiest and quickest way to understand the potential cost of interior design. We can't wait to work with you!

Targeted Design Consultations
Sometimes you just have a specific design concern or question that doesn't require a full service design project to meet your needs. This isn't the best way to design a full room or house but can effectively solve some challenges.
One hour Zoom meeting
We'll schedule a Zoom meeting and you can show me what you are working on and what you need help with. I will give you as many tips and tricks that we can fit into the meeting.
In-house targeted design
Includes round-trip travel to your home in Normandy Park, Burien or West Seattle and a two hour onsite consultation.
Whole room design
Whole room designs include a furnishings floor plan, mood board with paint colors and/or wallcovering, flooring and/or tile selection and a furnishings and material shopping list to your budget. Our goal is to provide you a comprehensive plan that achieves your design goals, and also prevents potentially costly mistakes in purchasing or installation.
Kitchen design
Includes ninety minute initial design consultation in your home, preliminary and detailed design review and two design revisions. You also get full elevation drawings for cabinetry and plumbing fixtures.
You or your chosen contractor can utilize the finalized designs and specifications to purchase fixtures, etc. from any supplier of your choice with no mark-up. There is an option to purchase through our preferred cabinet supplier and a 20% design fee is applied if you buy their product.
